Monoprint with a matrix. Medium copper plate etching. Printed intaglio with two ink colors, then water colored on archival, white, arches paper. The birds stand out as they are embossed on the raw paper. This is accomplished by putting holes in the copper to leave the paper unprinted.
Artist statement: "This is the beauty of a foggy morning when only objects very close are distinctive.”
Signed embossed with the studio chop.
